Little League International provides the rules we follow at LLSVLL.  The detailed rule books can be downloaded as an app on your mobile device.  Like any youth sport, we ask everyone to respect the Umpires who are doing their best.  If the rulebook or bylaws aren't completely understood by the umpire, respectfully appeal to them with the rules in hand.  You may also contact LLSV Little League after the game for clarification, although it will have no impact on completed games.

Under these rules, Leagues are allowed to make bylaws.  These bylaws often highlight some of the most important rules from Little League and then add specific requirements of each Division.  Click on the Links bellows to review the bylaws of the division your player is signed up for.
